When you use the contact form, Rhecanyx receives your name, email address, subject, and message so we can respond to your enquiry. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
How information is used
Contact information is used only to review, answer, and manage your request. It is not sold. Website infrastructure providers may process limited technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
Retention and your choices
Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, legal, and security purposes. You may ask about or request deletion of a contact message by emailing support@rhecanyx.com.
Application privacy
Individual Rhecanyx applications may have separate privacy notices describing features and data use specific to that product. Refer to the product’s store listing or documentation for those terms.
